Pearl Loftlin is the Founder and CEO of Moving Forward Training Solutions, LLC. She brings more than 20 years of professional experience across training and facilitation, workforce development, adult education, early childhood education, transportation and transit, and government and public-sector work.
Pearl holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education with a focus in Curriculum and Instruction, along with an Instructional Design certification through the Association for Talent Development.
Pearl has worked inside organizations, not only as an outside consultant. That experience shapes how MFTS approaches every engagement: understand the people, understand the work, identify the actual need, and build a solution that can be used in practice.
